Two people are dead following a shooting near Portland’s Broughton Beach area west of Portland International Airport on the Columbia River.
Portland police did not say whether the people were adults or teenagers but did identify them as male. They were killed around 7:50 p.m. Saturday near the M. James Gleason Memorial Boat Ramp at 4325 NE Marine Drive.
