Authorities on Friday identified the man accused of ramming patrol cars inside a hospital parking garage two weeks ago and the Clackamas County sheriff’s deputy who shot him.
Joseph D. Brasuell, 25, remains in the hospital with serious injuries, the Clackamas County District Attorney’s Office said in a statement.
