The Oregon Ducks have added a four-star cornerback to their 2025 recruiting class.
Brandon Finney announced his commitment to the Ducks on Tuesday, marking the 10th commit in the 2025 class for coach Dan Lanning and company.
Finney, rated a four-star prospect by 247Sports, hails from McDonogh School near Baltimore, Maryland. The 6-foot-2, 185-pound corner chose Oregon over Ohio State, Penn State and South Carolina.
Finney was among a large group of highly rated recruits to visit Eugene this past weekend, and the first new commitment out of that bunch. He is listed as an athlete by some recruiting databases due to his two-way versatility, playing wide receiver as well for his high school team.
Joining the newcomer Finney in Oregon’s 2025 recruiting class so far: four-star wide receivers Dallas Wilson (TX), Cooper Perry (AZ) and Isaiah Mozee (MO); four-star running back Dierre Hill (IL); four-star quarterback Akili Smith Jr. (CA); four-star interior offensive lineman Ziyare Addison (FL); four-star linebacker Nasir Wyatt (CA); four-star edge rusher Matthew Johnson (CA); and three-star offensive tackle Demetri Manning (WA).
