A Multnomah County grand jury declined to indict three Portland police officers who shot and killed man while trying to arrest him late last year.
Police shot Tyrone Lee Johnson II, 33, outside Mall 205 on Dec. 27, 2023. The officers involved in the shooting were John Bartlett, Adi Ramic and Brian Wheeler.
