Her 100th birthday approaching, Beaverton woman adds up ‘the little things’ that make life meaningful

While Eunice Jackson has a big event coming up — she’s about to turn 100 — she believes her life has been shaped by the small moments.

“When you add up all the little things,” she said, “they become grand.”
