Man found dead in Vancouver after being hit by car identified

A man who died after being hit by a car in Vancouver last week has been publicly identified as Patrick James Sellem, the Clark County Medical Examiner’s Office reported.

Police arrived at a public parking lot in the 2100 block of Northeast Andresen Road on July 8 to conduct a welfare check on a man lying under a tree. Sellem, 38, was already dead when officers got there, Vancouver police said.
