The motorcycle rider and his passenger who died after crashing on the Morrison Bridge and flying over the barrier last month have been publicly identified.

The driver of the motorcycle was Nicholas James Munt-Herrera, 30. His passenger was Angelica Precious Camacho, 24, the Portland Police Bureau said in a statement on Tuesday.

Around 8 p.m. on June 13, Munt-Herrera and Camacho hit a concrete barrier on the ramp from the eastbound Morrison Bridge to northbound I-5, causing them to plummet from the bridge and into a parking lot below, police said.

Police said that when they arrived at the scene, both Munt-Herrera and Camacho were dead and their motorcycle was still on the bridge.

Police do not believe any other vehicles were involved in the crash.
