Police arrested two people Wednesday they believe started multiple fires in Southeast and Northeast Portland. The cases are not related to each other, officials said.
Jon Martin, 31, was arrested after investigators connected him to four fires in Northeast Portland, including one that appears to have destroyed a commercial building.
