Update: The suspect turned himself in to police Monday evening, shortly after police said they suspected he had fled the area. Police haven’t explained why they thought he had fled.
Police said Monday they have identified a suspect in last week’s fatal shooting on a MAX platform in North Portland and want the public’s help in locating him.
