The Portland Police Bureau publicly identified two pedestrians who were hit and killed in separate car crashes in June.
Ryan Leaston, 34, was hit by a car in the 9500 block of Northeast Sandy Boulevard at around 10 p.m. on June 3. He died at the scene.
