A man shot and killed in the Old Town neighborhood last week was identified Friday as 35-year-old Jose Luis Galindo-Maldonado.
Portland police were patrolling the nightclub district when they heard shots near Northwest Third Avenue and Everett Street about 12 minutes before midnight last Friday.
First responders found Galindo-Maldonado suffering from serious injuries. He died at a hospital two hours later.
Galindo-Maldonado’s last listed address is an apartment complex in Northeast Gresham, records show. Police said he also has connections to Portland.
Homicide detectives haven’t made an arrest so far.
